Jefferson County grand jury hands up indictments

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — A Jefferson County grand jury this week handed up indictments on a range of criminal charges, according to court records.

Among those indicted were:

  • Paul James Feia, 49, of 7225 Pine Drive in Annandale, Va., one count of DUI third offense.
  • Nicholas Michael West, 27, of 3986 Alcoa Drive in Fairfax, Va., one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, one count of possession with intent to deliver Alprazolam and one count of carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
  • Michael William Johnson, 24, of 294 Connector Road in Martinsburg, W.Va., four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, one count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Kyle Konrad Culp, 23, of 836 Apple Cross Road in Harpers Ferry, W.Va., one of count burglary.
  • John Thomas Campbell, 47, of 120 Cranes Lane in Ranson, W.Va., two counts of delivery of cocaine and two counts of conspiracy.
  • Branndin Nicole Sowers, 29, of 162 Georgia Ave. in Charles Town, four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, one count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • William Jason Gipple, 31, of 424 Shagbark Lane in Harpers Ferry, two counts of DUI third offense and two counts of driving while license revoked for DUI.
  • Christopher Blake Jacobs, 29, of Pembroke, N.C., one count of voluntary manslaughter and one count of malicious wounding.
  • Jeremy Wayne Jenkins, 36, of 19595 Charles Town Road in Harpers Ferry, three counts of delivery of heroin and three counts of conspiracy.
  • Nicole Lynn Hart, 29, of 11 North St. in Kearneysville, W.Va., six counts of delivery of heroin, three counts of conspiracy and one count of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury.
  • Christina M. Jenkins, 26, of 45 Hamilton Court in Martinsburg, one count of embezzlement and one count of conspiracy to commit burglary.
  • Rafael Omar Laura-Concha, 21, of 383 11th Ave. in Ranson, one count of third-degree sexual assault, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy, two counts of breaking and entering of an automobile and one count of burglary
  • Steven Ray Woodward, 32, of 11 North St. in Kearneysville, six counts of delivery of heroin, one count of receiving stolen property, six counts of conspiracy and one count of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury.
  • Damien Garod Byers, 24, of 820 Crosswinds Drive in Charles Town, one count of first-degree robbery and one count of kidnapping.
  • Michael Stephen Young, 59, of P.O. Box 223 in Rippon, W.Va., two counts of delivery of oxycodone hydrochloride and two counts of conspiracy.
  • Martin Anthony Drago, 44, of 37 Harrow Place in Charles Town, two counts of delivery of oxycodone hydrochloride and two counts of conspiracy.
  • Shannon Brooke Mills, 27, of P.O. Box 1102 in Harpers Ferry, two counts of prescription fraud and two counts of uttering.
  • Michael Antonio McDaniel, 31, of 89 S. George St. in Charles Town, one count of first-degree robbery, one count of attempted second-degree sexual assault and one count of assault during the commission of a felony.
  • Shaquille Montel Robinson, 20, of 631 Eagle Ave. in Charles Town, one count of malicious wounding, four counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and four counts of discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
  • Mark David Swann, 39, of 20 Park Ave. in Harpers Ferry, one count of bank robbery.
  • Tremain D. Newman 20, of 31 Leather Lane in Kearneysville, four counts of third-degree sexual assault.
  • Duane Gay Barrow, 30, of P.O. Box 54 in Summit Point, W.Va., four counts of delivery of heroin and two counts of conspiracy.
  • Clyde William Showalter, 36, of 195 Hummingbird Lane in Shepherdstown, W.Va., one count of third offense DUI, one count of driving while revoked for DUI and one count of third offense domestic battery.
  • Victoria McDonald, 50, of 9107 Charles Town Road in Charles Town, 16 counts of prescription fraud, 16 counts of forgery and 16 counts of uttering.
  • Paul Montgomery Jr., of 213 W. 7th Ave. in Ranson, four counts of delivery of cocaine.
