Jackie Eugene Farrow, 71, of 637 Kindred Drive, Myrtle Beach, S.C., died Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Grand Strand Region Medical Center in Myrtle Beach.
Born Nov. 9, 1940, in Washington County, Md., he was the son of the late Elzie Lionel and Dartha May Faubel Farrow.
He was employed by Westinghouse, retiring after 35 years.
His hobbies were flying, auto mechanics and boating.
He is survived by his fiancée, Toni Bosworth of Myrtle Beach; two sisters, Dartha Jean Johnston and husband, Daniel, of Ellicott City, Md., and JoAnn Moore of Laurel, Del.; two nieces, Natalie Wisser and husband, Dr. Jamie Wisser, of Cranbury, N.J., and Teresa Johnston of Pasadena, Md.; two nephews, David Moore and Alan Moore, both of Laurel, Del.; a great-niece, Caitlyn Wisser of Orlando, Fla.; and a great-nephew, Evan Wisser of Boston, Mass.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Roller.
Funeral services will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, Tuesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Clear Spring, Md.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service from noon to 2 p.m.
