Two people stranded on barge near Dam No. 4 Road

Rescue workers responded Saturday night to the Potomac River near Dam No. 4 Road to help two people who were stranded on a barge, a Washington County Emergency Services dispatcher said.

The call was reported at 8:38 p.m.
