Three-vehicle crash closes Virginia Ave. in Hagerstown

HAGERSTOWN — Virginia Avenue was closed to traffic between Linwood and Elmwood roads Friday morning due to a three-vehicle crash at Harwood Road, a Washington County emergency dispatcher said.

Preliminary reports were that two people had minor injuries, the dispatcher said.

The crash was reported at about 11 a.m.
