1. Big book signing
There will be a hard-cover book signing with Nora Roberts, Ruth Langan, Sophia Nash and others. Noon to 2 p.m. Turn the Page Bookstore, 18 N. Main St., Boonsboro. Free tickets available at 10 a.m. Call 301-432-4588.

2. War of 1812
Five 200-year-old artifacts will be on display for the next two years to mark the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812. Miller House Museum, 135 W. Washington St., downtown Hagerstown. Admission costs $3 or $5. Call 301-797-8782.

3. Bluegrass
