'Camelot' on stage April 26-29 at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s Robinwood Players will perform “Camelot,” from April 26 to 29, in the newly renovated Kepler Center on HCC’s main campus.

Based on “The Once and Future King” by T.H. White, “Camelot” tells the saga of King Arthur, Queen Guenevere, and the knights of the Round Table. The show first premiered on Broadway in 1960 and ran for 873 performances. The show has been revived on several occasions, the most recent being in 1993.

HCC’s debut performance will be Thursday, April 26. at 8 p.m. Matinees will be April 28 and 29 at 2:30 p.m. There will be no performance on April 27. General admission costs $10, but HCC students, staff, and faculty can attend for free.

Advanced tickets can be purchased through the HCC bookstore by calling 240-500-2271. Tickets will also be available at the door before the performance.
