THURMONT, Md. — Police in Thurmont said more than 300 packs of potpourri incense have been stolen from a gas station.

Officers said the front door of the Liberty Gas Station was broken and the packs of potpourri incense, which sell for $35 to $55 each, were taken.

The Frederick News-Post said the burglary was reported Tuesday.

Police say potpourri incense is also known as synthetic marijuana and is not for human ingestion.
