Emergency personnel called to Municipal Stadium for accident

HAGERSTOWN — Emergency personnel responded to a 10:06 a.m. call at Municipal Stadium for an accident involving serious head injuries, according to Washington County Emergency Services dispatcher.

The person was injured in a fall from a tractor or a four-wheel vehicle, the dispatcher said.
