BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. —
In celebration of National Health Care Decision Day, War Memorial Hospital's Ethics Committee will sponsor an informational session on advance directives from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 16, at the hospital.
Local residents can learn about a living will and medical power of attorney, obtain various forms, ask questions, and meet with hospital staff to get help in completing the forms. A notary will be available to notarize the documents at no cost.
No appointment is needed, and light refreshments will be available.
