Discounted tickets available for Chefs' Walk

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Participating chefs and restaurateurs and their menus include: Roger Tappen (Flavors of the Caribbean: Island slaw, West Indies festival cake, shrimp and yellow rice and Caribbean jerk barbecued pork drumsticks); Tom Boock of The Cottage (original, gold fever and chicken wings, Fat Tommy's and other dry rub styles of ribs); Grayson Bowman (flavors of New Orleans: shrimp, chicken and andouille jambalaya, crabmeat creole, red beans and rice, crawfish and corn macque choux, bourbon pecan pie); Dave Munson (Farm to Table USA: Pickled cucumbers, asparagus and eggs; Fulton Farms chopped salad, Red, White and Blue Slaw, heartland bread basket, chicken paillard and ham with peach chutney, grilled peaches with honey and granola); Scott Vorhees and Nick Broadwater of Norland Pub (crabcake sandwiches and jerk shrimp); and desserts by Anne Schoenhofen and Cecily Barber of The Butcher Shoppe (various pies and cookies, Death By Chocolate Cake Pops, angel food cupcakes with fresh, local strawberry compote and a variety of fresh-brewed iced teas).
