1. Calling single ladies
Charity Bachelor Auction will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Fountain Head Country Club, 13316 Fountain Head Road, Hagerstown. 2. A discussion on Beethoven

4. Murrow signing off
Shepherdstown Film Society will show "Good Night, and Good Luck" (PG), at 7 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Shepherd University's Reynolds Hall, King Street, Shepherdstown, W.Va. The film is a fictionalized account of TV journalist Edward R. Murrow (George Clooney) promoting press freedoms against the anti-communist crusade of Sen. Joseph McCarthy. 5. Easter at the Market
Easter at the Market will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at City Farmers Market, 25 W. Church St., Hagerstown. Activities include an Easter egg hunt from 8 to 11 a.m., for children ages 12 and younger.
