Here is the Morning MoJo Report for Friday, March 23:

* As of 7 a.m., traffic on I-495 westbound was a little sluggish, but was running fine on all the other interstates throughout the area.

* The MARC Train, the Light Rail service, Commuter Buses, local bus services, the Metro Subway system, and the Mobility service were all running on time and operating on their regular schedules, according to the Maryland Transit Administration's website, http://mta.maryland.gov/.

* The weather today is expected to be sunny with a high near 80 degrees, with fog before 8 a.m. and winds between 4 and 7 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight, it's expected to be mostly cloudy with a low around 58 degrees, a slight chance of showers before 11 p.m., a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., then showers likely after 4 a.m., a 60 percent chance of precipitation overall, and winds between 7 and 9 mph.

* The Longmeadow Road and Marsh Pike intersection is still undergoing an improvement project. Workers are assisting traffic when needed at the intersection.

* Work to expand the intersection of Massey Boulevard and Halfway Boulevard near Hagerstown is mostly complete, but minor work still needs to be done in the area.

* Only one lane of Md. 550 in Thurmont, Md., is open between Eylers Valley Flint Road and Kelbaugh Road due to a mudslide that occurred last April. However, it could reopen by June.
