Betty June Chapman, 78, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. A visitation only will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home in Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
