WHS musical continues this weekend

The Williamsport High School Choral Department will present the musical “No, No, Nanette” in the WHS auditorium Thursday and Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 2 and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $10 for adults and $7 for students and seniors. Gold cards will be honored.

Concessions will be available for purchase and benefit the WHS Choral Boosters.

Special Needs Night planned at Monkey Joe’s

Providing Relief for Autistic Youth, or PRAY, in partnership with Monkey Joe’s, at 1113 Maryland Ave. in Hagerstown, will hold a Special Needs Night Sunday from 6:15 to 8 p.m.

Tickets cost $6 per child, payable at the door.

Christian rock artist to perform March 31

Recording artist Doorway 320 (Christian rock) will perform in the Fellowship Hall at Williamsport United Methodist Church, 25 E. Church St., Saturday, March 31, beginning at 5 p.m.

A concession stand will be available and prayer tents will be set up.

Tickets cost $5 and can be obtained by calling the church office at 301-223-7040.

Downsville Ruritan to hold spaghetti dinner

Downsville Ruritan Club will hold an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner Saturday, March 31, from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center (old Downsville School).

The meal includes spaghetti, applesauce, bread and drink. Baked goods will be available for purchase.

Advanced tickets cost $5.50 for adults and $3.50 for those ages 6 to 12. Tickets will cost $6.50 at the door.

Advance tickets can be purchased at Miller Lumber Co. or from a club member.

All proceeds benefit local community projects.

Sell your bridal items at April 14 event

The Hitching Post Round-Up Sale will be Saturday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Springfield Farm Barn.

Items for sale will include bridal shower, wedding, reception decorations and other related items.
