On Tuesday, the Hagerstown Lions Club will hold its monthly business and administration meeting. Topics to be discussed include Friendship Day, tree planting, charter night, visitations, district convention, bingo  golf, and sight and hearing.

‘His Story’

A dramatic presentation of “His Story” will be performed at Virginia Avenue Church of God, 17306 Virginia Ave.

Presentations will be offered Friday and Saturday, and also the following weekend, March 30 to April 1, with all presentations beginning at 7 p.m. 

Doors will open at 6 p.m.

A nursery will be provided and a freewill offering will be accepted.

Titanic 100th anniversary planned Friday, April 13

The 100th anniversary of “Titanic — The Ship of Dreams” will be Friday, April 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Discovery Station in downtown Hagerstown.

The event will include food, live auction, music, a chance to win a lighted Titanic model, and an opportunity to have a photo taken with Capt. Smith in a replica of a third-class cabin. Tickets cost $20 and are available at Discovery Station or by calling 301-790-0076.

Jacobs Brothers in concert at church

The Jacobs Brothers will be at Virginia Avenue Baptist Church Thursday, April 12, at 7 p.m.

The Jacobs Brothers, from Dillsburg, Pa., spread the gospel through music.

The public is invited. A freewill offering will be accepted.
