McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. — A McConnellsburg, Pa., woman was charged with cutting a man on the arm with a knife, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Ella Bernice Spriggs, of 328 Heritage Drive, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering and harassment, according to a state police news release.
Troopers said the incident was reported at 8:26 a.m. Friday in Todd Township, Pa., where the man was cut during an argument, state police said.
Spriggs was released Friday from the Franklin County Prison after posting a $10,000 bond, a records employee said.
