The Kiwanis Club of Hagerstown will present its fifth program of the travelogue series Wednesday with a presentation of “The Great Canadian Train Ride.”
The program, at South Hagerstown High School auditorium, begins at 7:30 p.m.
The presenter will be Doug Jones, who will include highlights about Toronto, Winnipeg, Lake Louise, Vancouver and Victoria.
Single-admission tickets are sold at the door on show nights. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for students. Proceeds help the Kiwanis Club support charities throughout Washington County.

College and career night set for Thursday
On Thursday at South Hagerstown High School, Washington County Public Schools will provide its first districtwide college and career planning night titled “The Future Starts Now: College and Career Planning for K-12 Families.”
Doors will open at 6 p.m. The last session will end at 8:45 p.m.
The event will include information sessions on college planning, career cluster conversations with community members, computer exploration of college and career resources, and a panel discussion with parents of college students.
