Martinsburg, W.Va. — City Hospital and Jefferson Memorial Hospital offer stress reduction classes through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield's Preventive Heath Alliance.

Discover Relaxation Within is a wellness and lifestyle-improvement program designed to identify and reduce personal stress through practical relaxation techniques and innovative stress-management strategies. It gives participants the tools they need to recognize stress, become stress-resilient and develop coping skills.
