Harrell, Depew named Tech High students of the month

Evan Harrell and Madison Depew were named Students of the Month for February at Washington County Technical High School.

Evan is a junior in the pre-engineering class at Tech High.
Outside of class, he enjoys a variety of sports, including baseball, snowboarding and skiing.

He regularly attends his church for youth group and Bible study, and helps teach a preschool Sunday school class.

Evan’s home school is North Hagerstown High School. 

Evan is enrolled in pre-engineering, honors world history, advanced-placement calculus, honors physics and honors English traditions. 

He has a 4.12 grade-point average at Tech High.

He plans to further his education in engineering at the University of Maryland.  

Madison is a junior in Cosmetology I at Tech High.

Outside of school, Madison works at Moe’s Southwest Grill and plays volleyball for a travel club. 

Madison is a member of the Student Ambassador Program and holds a 4.17 GPA.

Her home school is Williamsport High School, where she played volleyball for the past three years. 

Madison is enrolled in Cosmetology I, honors world history, English composition, honors physics and advanced-placement literature. 

Madison plans to attend college, where she wants to major in business management, then open her own salon after college.
