How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? I have been in the insurance industry since I was 15 years old. We have had our own agency, and now all three of our grown sons are in the business. This opened up an opportunity to do something I have dreamed of since I was a young girl. I spent a lot of time with my Italian aunts in their restaurants and bakeries, and always dreamed of having my own someday that I could pass down to my family. I love to cook, and people always seem to smile when they come into my kitchen and enjoy my food. I was encouraged by my family and friends to do this.

Previous business experience: My family has owned the Jones Insurance Agency for almost 20 years.
