A Falling Waters, W.Va., man who was wanted by federal agents on a warrant for possession with intent to distribute cocaine was captured Friday in Martinsburg, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force said.

Thomas Joseph “TJ” Orr, 31, of Compton Lane in Falling Waters, was arrested on Margarets Way in Martinsburg and taken to Eastern Regional Jail, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshal’s Service.

The Marshal’s Service said Orr was awaiting a hearing.

On Thursday, federal agents asked for the public’s help in finding Orr.

Investigators said he was believed to be in the Martinsburg area with others who allegedly were engaged in importing and using heroin in Berkeley County.

Orr was charged Jan. 18 by a federal grand jury and released on a personal recognizance bond, the release said. A warrant for his arrest was issued after he allegedly violated the conditions of the bond.
