Hagerstown Bridge Club posts Feb. 15 results

Twenty-eight pairs competed in a Junior Fund game Wednesday, Feb. 15, during a meeting of the Hagerstown Bridge Club.

Overall winners in Flight A were: first place, Lois Taylor and Robert Freed with a 71.2-percent game; second place, Debbie Kiser and Emma Eaton with 63.5 percent; third place, Fannie Johnson and Aurora McDonough with 60.9 percent; fourth place, Madeline and Bill Davis; fifth place, Robert Back and Dennis Wick; and sixth place, Gary Wold and Michael Ruhl. 

In Flight B, Jack Mesner and Tom Janus came in fourth place; fifth place, Candy Greenway and James McCrackan; and sixth place, Marie Sullivan and Bruce Edkins.  In Flight C, Myrna Kinman and Robert Knuff came in third place; and fourth place, Allen Dean and David Rife.

North-South winners in Flight A were, fourth place, Scott Kiser and Richard Evans. In Flight C, James Jenkins and Harry Stutts came in second place.

East-West winners in Flight A were: fifth place, Barbara Shaw and Willa Garner.  In Flight B. Dolly Maier and Bruce McDonough came in fourth place.

Another Junior Fund game will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at American Legion Post 42,, 405 Northern Ave. in Hagerstown.
