Did you know?

Did you know that Clear Spring had a cornet band? Back in the early 1900s, Clear Spring had a cornet band that consisted of about 20 members. The band directors were Harry Tosten and Professor Brown. They met above Pop Jamison’s Chicken Pie and Fried Oyster Sandwich Shop, which was in the center of town on Main Street.
