Burhans Blvd. gas station robbed at gunpoint

HAGERSTOWN — The Hagerstown Police Department is looking for a man who used a handgun Friday morning to rob the AC&T gas station at 301 N. Burhans Blvd.

The robbery occurred at about 5:36 a.m., when a man went into the store, showed a handgun and demanded cash from the cashier, according to a police department news release.

Police said the robber was a black male who was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed roughly 185 pounds. He was wearing dark pants and a black-hooded sweatshirt with white trim.
