National Active and Retired Federal Employees, or NARFE, Chapter 306 will meet Friday, Feb. 10, at noon at the Western Sizzlin’ steakhouse on York Road in Halfway.
The guest speaker will be Ray Ficca from the Totem Pole Playhouse in Fayetteville, Pa.
