January 24, 2012

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A 46-year-old man is accused of using a mobile phone to produce obscene videos of a 15-year-old girl in December, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.

Gregory Francis Harvey was arraigned Tuesday by Magistrate JoAnn Overington on two felony counts of using a minor to produce obscene matter, according to court records. An address for Harvey was not listed on the criminal complaint filed with the court.

The videos seized by West Virginia State Police show the girl undressing in front of the bathroom sink and fully undressed, according to court records.

The videos were filmed through an exterior window outside the residential master bedroom of the home, according to court records.

The images were captured through a crack in film paper that was otherwise covering the window, according to court records.

West Virginia State Police Sgt. D.E. Boober filed the complaint against the defendant, according to court records.
