Tech High gaming students present work at open house

HAGERSTOWN — Washington County Technical High School held an open house Dec. 21 and 22 in the Computer Game Development and Animation area.

Several hundred visitors attended the invitation-only event at the school on Oak Ridge Drive.

Seniors presented their technical works at the open house to demonstrate the 16 components for building computer games.

The open house exhibit included computer games built for the Smithsonian American Art Museum “Art of Video Games” exhibit, a touch-screen museum kiosk and winter animations engineered for other organizations on high-resolution screens.
