Jefferson County grand jury hands up indictments

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — The following individuals were indicted last week by a Jefferson County grand jury.

An indictment merely indicates that an individual is believed to have committed the crime.

Those indicted include:

  • George Edward Rose, 33, of 138 Shutter St., Charles Town, single counts of grand larceny, conspiracy, daytime burglary, five counts of breaking and entering motor vehicles.
  • Robin Elizabeth Fickes, 23, of 1933 Hidden Hollow Drive, Kearneysville, W.Va., five counts each of grand larceny, burglary, conspiracy; one count of petit larceny, one count of attempted burglary and two counts of entering without breaking into a residence.
  • James Russell Low, 26, of 1837 Jefferson Ave., Charles Town, three counts each of burglary and grand larceny, five counts of conspiracy, two counts of entering without breaking into a residence, one count of petit larceny.
  • Carl Eugene Puffinburger, 45, of 244 Shenandoah Minihome Drive, (Millville) Harpers Ferry, W.Va., one count of child abuse resulting in bodily injury.
  • Christina Hunter, 25, of 226 Shenandoah Minihome Drive, Harpers Ferry, one count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury.
  • Christopher William Woods, 23, of 67 Freetown Road, Columbia, Md., one count of burglary, one count of grand larceny.
  • Jordan Patrick Burke, age and address unavailable, one count of entering without breaking into a residence, one count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy.
  • Richard Duke Bell, 44, of 51 Summers Court, Ranson, W.Va., one count of  sexual assault third degree, one count of sexual assault, two counts of abuse causing bodily injury.
  • Aida Bell, age unavailable, of 51 Summers Court, Ranson, one count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury.
  • Michael Lee Denson, 38, of 1876 Shenandoah River Drive, Harpers Ferry, one count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
  • Roosevelt Woodson, 31, of 96 Bungelo Lane, Berryville, Va., one count of entering without breaking into a residence, one count of conspiracy.
  • Jennifer Lynn Frye, 22, of 160 Engle Road, Harpers Ferry, one count of entering without breaking into a residence, one count of conspiracy, two counts of petit larceny.
  • Brian A. Taulton, 43, of 721 Winchester Ave., Martinsburg, W.Va., one count of attempting to obtain money by false pretense, one count of obtaining money by false pretense.
  • Alyn Wesley Mills, 37, of 181 Arthur Drive, Harpers Ferry, 38 counts of fraudulent use of an access device, one count of attempted grand larceny, one count of destruction of property.
  • Norman Christopher Lowry, 31, of 92 Wilt Road, Charles Town, two counts of entering without breaking into a residence, two counts of conspiracy, three counts of petit larceny.
  • Debbenic Sharna Addison, 21, of 519 Burns St., Ranson, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Charles Largent, 53, of 1046 Jefferson Ave., Charles Town, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
  • Thomas J. Dillow, age unavailable, of 14 New Oak Tree Court, Charles Town, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.
