Oyster supper planned Saturday
Rohrersville Ruritan Club will hold an oyster, ham and turkey dinner Saturday from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the club’s community building on Rohrersville Schoolhouse Road.
Tickets cost $15 for adults and $7.50 for children.
The building is handicap-accessible.
Carryout will be available; bring containers.
BHS yearbooks for sale
BHS yearbooks for the current school year can now be ordered. The initial yearbook sale will run through Jan. 27.
Order forms have gone out to students, but extras are available from the BHS front office. Prices range from $70 to $82, and will go up after each sale. Orders can also be placed at the order center at 1-866-287-3096 (Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; order No. 14303) or online through the website using the same order number.
Vendors sought for strawberry festival
Yard sale and craft vendor spaces are available for this year’s strawberry festival, which will be June 9 and 10.

Class of 1977 plans reunion
The BHS Class of 1977 will hold a planning meeting for its class reunion Sunday, Jan. 29, at 5 p.m. at the home of Sherry (Reeder) Bingaman on Appletown Road in Boonsboro.
The 35th class reunion will be Oct. 20 at Fairplay Fire Hall.

Girls softball registration set
Washington County Girls Softball League will hold registration for the 2012 season at Dick’s Sporting Goods on the following dates: Feb. 4, 5, 18 and 19 from noon to 6 p.m. Registration will also be held at Extra-Innings of Hagerstown on the following dates: Feb. 10 and 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Feb. 11 and 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
