Douglas Wayne Spaulding, 82, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The service will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor John Yost officiating. Burial with a military graveside service will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
