Wells selected president of Locust Point group

Perrin Wells has been selected as the new president of the Neighborhoods 1st Locust Point group. The group meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m.  in the meeting room at Congregation B'Nai Abraham on Baltimore Street in Hagerstown. All are welcome.

Tuesday —  Business and administrative meeting, including a report on recycled glasses for Third World countries.

Discovery Station

Discovery Station will have a Titanic cabin, built to scale, on display Saturday at 2 p.m. as part of its Saturday Plus program.

The museum is on West Washington Street in Hagerstown.

Basket bingo planned Feb. 19

The E. Russell Hicks Middle School Band Boosters will hold a basket bingo Sunday, Feb. 19, at the Elks Lodge on Robinwood Drive. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. and games will begin at 1:30 p.m. Admission costs $25.
