Faye Virginia Rodgers, 68, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, at her home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, W.Va.
