Douglas Gene Rickard, 57, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011, at his residence while under the care of Hospice. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. David Palmer will officiate. Burial will be in Mountainside Tabernacle Cemetery.
