HAGERSTOWN — The left lane of South Potomac Street is closed in front of the Washington County Free Library site at 100 S. Potomac St. to accommodate construction/delivery vehicles at the site.

Work crews from Dustin Construction are receiving deliveries of concrete to the site, according to a traffic advisory from the City of Hagerstown's website, www.hagerstownmd.org.

Motorists approaching the area should expect to encounter cones, barricades, advisory signs, and other traffic control devices.

Emergency vehicles can still pass through the area.

The road is expected to reopen at 2 p.m., according to the advisory.
