One block of Manor Drive closed

HAGERSTOWN — The first block of Manor Drive is closed off from the intersection with Dual Highway as workers from Alpha Space Control Co. are out laying down lane markings.

A worker from Alpha Space Control who did not give his name said that a bike lane was being added on the street.
