Harley E. Cutlip Jr., 67, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. Following his wishes, there will not be a memorial service. His ashes will be scattered at sea, where he spent many enjoyable cruises with his wife. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
