Blanca N. Stierle of Charles Town, W.Va., died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011. Friends will be received Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town. A memorial service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Chaplain Doug Knupp officiating. Burial will be private.
