Bonnie Lee Devine Osbourne, 67, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at her residence. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at noon at the funeral home with the Rev. John Yost officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
