Tri-State Civitan Club donated $1,000 to the Community Free Clinic recently.

Civitan President-elect Cliff Metger and President Kirk Sunderland presented the check to Robin Roberson of the clinic. Roberson said the money will cover the care of three patients for a year, with a portion left over.

The individual yearly patient cost is $298, covering all doctor visits, as well as medication.
