INWOOD, W.Va. — Boonsboro used a 19-5 run in the second half to erase an 11-point deficit en route to a 34-30 victory over Musselman (1-1) on Wednesday.

Ashlyn Hawbaker had 11 points and five steals, Shannon O’Brien had five points, nine rebounds and three blocks, Amber Smith had five points, five rebounds and three steals, and Kayla Payne added four points and five rebounds for the Warriors (2-0).

Mount St. Joseph scored 21 of its 29 points on 3-pointers in the second quarter and finished with 16 triples to top the Gaels.

Yannick Zanfack had 15 points — including four 3-pointers — and five rebounds, Shae  King had 10 points and five rebounds, and Martin Geben added 10 points and seven rebounds for Goretti (4-3).
