Description — The neutered male cat is about one year old and appears to be an "inside" cat. It is a deep orange in color, with four white paws. Its front paws have been declawed. The cat was wearing a collar with a bell and is described as being very friendly.

Where — Edgemont Road in the Smithsburg area

When — Sunday, Nov. 20.

Description — The dog is small, weighing about 12 pounds. It slipped its collar and ran away. The brown dog has short hair. It answers to the name Prince.

Reward — A large reward is being offered for the safe return of the animal.
