Three most valuable players from the Nov. 5 Gridiron Classic between North Hagerstown and South Hagerstown high schools were honored Tuesday night at a Hagerstown City Council meeting.
South Hagerstown High School won the game at Mike Callas Stadium by a score of 40-7.
On Tuesday night, $250 scholarships were presented to the players who won most valuable player honors from the game.
South Hagerstown High players Brandon Hess and Isiaha Smith split a $250 scholarship from First United Bank.
North Hagerstown High player Jared Line received a $250 scholarship from the Hagerstown Kiwanis Club.
