Charlotte M. Hawkins, 72, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at Care Haven Center, Martinsburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg.
