Reward offered in Pa. store burglaries

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Franklin County Crime Solvers are seeking the public’s help in finding who commited multiple burglaries at Henry’s Store at 22445 Path Valley Road in Doylesburg, Pa., according to a news release from the organization.

Money, DVDs, cigarettes and snack food have been stolen from the store, and a white, four-door sedan without hubcaps was seen leaving the store during burglaries on Oct. 14 and Oct. 21, the release said.

Two other burglaries at the store occurred on Aug. 8 and Sept. 24, the release said. All the burglaries, which are being investigated by Pennsylvania State Police, occurred between 9 p.m. and 1:30 a.m., the release said.

Store owners are in fear for their safety since the burglaries started, the release said.

Doylesburg is in the northern reaches of the county.

Information leading to an arrest in the case could result in a reward up to $2,000, the release said.
