Father-son weekend planned at Joy El Nov. 11- 12

Joy El's fall Father-Son Connection weekend will be Friday, Nov. 11, to Sunday, Nov. 13. Designed for boys in grades 1 to 8 and their dads, activities include go-karts, sports, hiking, canoeing, climbing tower and other games  Dads and sons will have the opportunity to spend some time listening and responding to God and with each other.

Tom Harmon will share with fathers and sons during chapel times. Harmon is a camp and conference speaker. He is a former Michigan state trooper turned itinerant preacher and has been speaking in churches, camps and Bible conferences for the past 17 years.

The weekend begins at 7 p.m. Nov. 11, and continues through 2 p.m. Nov. 13. The event fee is $125 for a father-son pair. The fee for additional sons is $59. For more information or to register, go to www.joyel.org or call 717-369-4539.
