A prescription pad was reported stolen from the Phoenix Health Center on Oct. 28, according to Hagerstown Police Department spokesman.

Employees at the center on East Antietam Street did not know about the theft of the pad, but workers at a CVS store in Chambersburg notified authorities about suspicious prescriptions being written from the pad, Detective Sgt. Jim Hurd said Thursday.

Someone spotted rushing through cafeteria overnight

A maintenance worker at North Hagerstown High School reported seeing someone rush through the school's cafeteria in the early morning of Oct. 25, Hagerstown police said Thursday.
