Pedestrian reportedly struck by vehicle on Dual Highway

HAGERSTOWN — A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning in the 800 block of Dual Highway, a supervisor for Washington County Emergency Services said.

Police responded at 6:50 a.m.  The scene was cleared by 7:25 a.m. No other information was immediately available.
