Email access to Washington County Public Schools’ email addresses, from teachers to administrators at the Central Office, will be down from Oct. 20 until the morning of Oct. 24, according to the school system’s website.
The school system is changing its email system and, as a result, staff members will not have access to their email from 7 a.m. Oct. 20 to 7 a.m. Oct. 24. After the transition, school system employees will be able to open emails sent during the time email was shut down.
Anyone who needs to contact a school system employee can do so by calling the school or the Central Office at 301-766-2800. Phone numbers for schools and staff members can be found at www.wcps.k12.md.us.
