Shirley Mae Broome, 81, of Falling Waters, W.Va., died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
