Scout Troop 103 honors founders

On Sept. 19, Scout Troop 103 of the Mason-Dixon Council recognized two Rotarians as founders of the pack.

Mark Forrest, leader of Troop 103, presented founders patches to Ron Bowers and Magnus Dahlgren, members of Rotary Club of Long Meadows.

The two Rotarians were honored for leading the sponsoring effort of the founding of the troop. Forming the troop meant that former members of Pack 103 could graduate to a troop without having to split up to other existing troops.
